The bottom line-
- the courts gave complete control- again to the “Batterer” -as such the granddaughter NEVER was able to attend her grandmothers funeral.
Instead of sanctioning the father or the GAL or just plain being HUMAN-
the Courts set out to destroy what was left (in their opine) of any chance for mother daughter to ever be together.
